Bev Geiger

Bev is a former marketing and operations management executive in the high-tech industry and US Marine Corps veteran.  She has over 10 years experience in marketing, business management and business development.  

Bev is a 20 year resident of western Hanover County and is intimately familiar with the unique characteristics of Central Virginia living.  She has worked for some of the largest employers in and around the Richmond area for 20 years.  Her past experience and area perspective are a valuable asset to anyone considering a move to the area.

 

Rick Vaden

Rick is a 10 year veteran of the US Marine Corps and former high-tech industry executive. His more than 20 years experience in management and executive positions has left him a highly skilled negotiator who understands the needs of others and the stress associated with such an important decision as buying or selling a home.  

Rick is a resident of western Hanover County, Virginia.

In early 2005, we joined together to form The Geiger-Vaden Team, and aligned ourselves with one of the most well known and respected firms in the Central Virginia Region, Coldwell Banker Dew Realty, Inc. in Ashland, Virginia.

• Market Reach – In addition to the National and State Association of Realtors, we are members of both the Richmond Association of Realtors and the Fredericksburg Area Association of Realtors, allowing us to provide listing coverage and home searching capabilities from the Richmond area west to Charlottesville and north to the Maryland state line. This is particularly important in certain areas of Hanover, Caroline and Louisa Counties where multiple listing services may overlap.
